Friday, September 12, 2008 played with fire at
lol like the title says...FINALLY! the arguement's settled! and my room's almost done! just gotta fix the fan and lights an paint the room XD. Oh yea, last night, me college group of friends and I attended this Tang Long (lantern festival...and correct my spelling if it's wrong) festival in college as we just got the notice that very morning itself. So we were walking to college from pyramid, and at the last few minutes, I was the fastest to walk cause I was just dead hungry = =...but when we were there itself, the food and beverage weren't open yet and I just had to wach a few performances BEFORE the I could have a decent meal..Geez. anyways, I'll just skip to the interesting part =p lol~ So then this was what happened.
Well Meilinn wanted to see what I could do with my firedancing stuff. Well I only had half of my pois at that time. lol . After I got the pois from Licia, my friends were calling me for some reason, plus they were calling from where Licia was standing. So when I turned back, they just started to grab me and pushed me to the stage...I was just clueless on what was going on at that time...until I heard the speaker saying stuff like "So anyone, wanna do any voliunteer performance?". My reaction was "HO CRAP! I'M NOT PREPARED FOR THIS!". Apparently, I know I could still fight back against 2-3 people alone on an extend of pushing. But this was having Howe, Licia, Ivan, Kok Kin, Leonard and if I'm not mistaken Wai Kwan too...6 people! And I know Howe, Ivan and Leonard were kinda the strong ones! So imagine one skinny kid going against 6 people! HAHA! obvious outcome. Plus the speaker was pracically calling me out already and the crowd knew t was me that was gonna perform. So the speaker asked me what I was gonna perform for the crowd...I myself didn't know except my fire dancing stuff. LOL! So I had to perform with whatever they threw at me and since my friends were the front seat audience, I was still saying stuff like "I'LL KILL YOU ALL AFTER THIS! I PROMISE THAT! I WILL!", but I ended up thanking them afterall for literally throwig me to the front stage. If weren't for those fellas, I wouldn't have been so self confident about this. haha~ Thanks!
