Wednesday, September 3, 2008 played with fire at
*SIGH!* rough day~ = = so i'll keep it simple...A few days ago, I was supposed to finish up a job in the marketing department. By the looks of it, it could just take your soul away just looking at the stacks of posters i have to clean up...and add in the double sided tape. So then, practically the WHOLE day frm 10am to 5pm (Excluding lunch break that was from 12-1) I only maaed to finish one small stack...rough count was 40 to 50+ posters for that stack...which I only managed to clean around 10%...
Now forward to yesterday. Got the news that I'll have to continue the job from whoever that did my shift for the last two days. Then in the morning (EARLY morning) I got this call from the guy who assigned us the job reassuring that I'm coming today...he said it was an emergency work that MUST be finished today. I was damn sleepy and groggy...who isn't? - -...then he was saying stuff like wheather i remembered what to do, where to do and bla bla bla. Didn't reaally listened as I almost slept standing XD. After that my sis drove to college, parked in Pyramid and headed straight to college for work. Well at least this time I had 3 other people to accompany me on the dead-boring-sticky job which was my sis, her friend, Yen Shing, an Wai Kwan.
So when I was about to start...I realised something...The state of the place was exactly the same as how I left it that day...so much for emergency work *sigh*. If it was, he would have found a replacement for the 2 days. So we kinda had to rush the whole job...and the ladies in the office just had to made my day worse! jeez! This perticular one was going on and on complaining about the smell of the lighter fluid we used to take out the double sided tape..."Go somewhere else and do this la~. the smell is terrible you know~ I can faint ah~"...so I said what can i do? there's no other decent place to so the job...then she just walked off like she wasn't listening...then my sis just said "HAHA! LOL!" which just made the conversation just hillarious! ahh~ was laughing away after that. After that, we got kinda kicked out of the office cause the smell of the lighter fluid was just too much for that lady... hing was, when i passed by her cubicle, i didn't smell anything, just the air cond...><>
So then we just did our work, stole LOTS more toilet paper from the staff toilets (fun part of the job lol XD) and went for lunch~
During lunch, we just chatted like always an condemned a pervert of a classmat from our class XD thought of intoducing him to Yen Shing...might leave a MASSIVE scar in his life lol! haha then afterwards we headed back to work...again = =".
After hours of work we finally finished the freakin' job and wrapped up the whole bunch of posters in a big wrapper thing and brought downstairs (forgot the other half of the stack and brought down then XD) lol afterwards we got news of our marks for our college assignments...of all times! rushed to the news boards and looked for our student id and got to know our marks...i passed! yay! went to check for a friend but didn' know his student id so i took down his marks with my phone XD sorry~ then afterwards, did some errands for my mom and went home... that was my day haha~ not so simple i guess?
